Inc. Regionals: Midwest - Q&A with Rapido Solutions Group CEO Danny Frisco
Rapido is honored to once again be named on the Inc. Regionals: Midwest list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the Midwest. Rankings on this list are based on percentage revenue growth over a two-year period.
To celebrate this recognition, we sat down with our CEO, Danny Frisco, and discussed what it means to be included on this list, some of the strategies that have fueled Rapido’s growth over the years, and what’s still to come in the future.
What does being recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Midwest mean to you?
“It’s an honor to be included on the Inc. Regionals: Midwest list again. Being recognized for our growth is a reminder that the work we’re doing truly makes a difference.
Growth like this doesn’t happen by accident. It takes teamwork, dedication, and a constant drive to innovate. I’m incredibly proud to work alongside a team that shows up every day committed to helping our clients succeed.”
Looking back over the past few years, what were the key moments or decisions that helped drive Rapido’s growth in the nearshore/outsourcing space?
“There are so many different moments and strategies that have driven Rapido’s growth. One thing that stands out to me is when we opened our Leon office, which was almost exactly two years ago. With an office in Leon, we can tap into a larger pool of talent in the Mexican market and provide an even better solution for our clients. I believe this expansion has been a driving force in Rapido’s continued growth.”
How has Rapido’s team and company culture contributed to this milestone?
“Our people are the heart of what we do. At Rapido, we have always prioritized a strong company culture because we know that creating an excellent place to work is essential for recruiting and retaining the top talent in Mexico.
The type of success we have had is only possible when you have committed employees who believe in the work they are doing. It’s important to invest in our employees, empowering them to excel in their roles. This recognition reinforces that philosophy for us.”
What strategies or innovations do you believe have set Rapido a part in the talent outsourcing market?
“When we started Rapido, Roberto and I had first-hand experience with the challenges that logistics companies face in hiring and retaining great employees. We saw other outsourcing models that just weren’t cutting it. So, we used our own experiences to create a solution that we believe is the future of logistics.
At Rapido, we put collaboration, transparency, and quality first, in both our relationships with our employees and our clients.
With our clients, we act as an extension of their team, helping drive sustainable growth through efficient and cost-effecting hiring.
With our employees, our strategy has always been to prioritize their development and well-being both inside and outside of the office, creating a work environment where people want to stay.”
Now that we’ve reached this milestone, what opportunities excite you most about the future?
“I’m really excited about what the future holds for Rapido. I won’t give too much away, but I will say that we’ve always focused on delivering real value for our customers by listening carefully to what they need. A lot of our growth so far has been the result of building strong relationships and continually improving how we serve them. And that is only going to continue in the future.”
