Just over a year ago, we officially opened the doors to our Leon office — an exciting step toward expanding our footprint in Mexico and investing in local talent. From day one, our goal was to become the best place to work in Mexico by finding top talent, arming them with tools to succeed, and investing in their well-being both in and out of the office. Rapido is more than just a workplace — we set out to create a culture that reflects our values, supports growth, and makes a real impact.
